The path to better care for colorectal cancer patients

In this 5-day PhD student course “the path to better care for Colorectal Cancer patients” to be held on September 1-7 2022 at the Netherlands Cancer Institute in Amsterdam, participants will be introduced in the latest developments in colorectal cancer research and patient care. By interactive lectures given by scientists and clinicians from Amsterdam and Utrecht oncology centers, and through literature study, presentation and in-depth discussion, all aspects of colorectal cancer will be discussed, ranging from basic research to prevention, early detection and treatment of primary and metastatic cancer.

The course is preparing students for a 1-day international live symposium on CRC, which is open to a wide audience of junior and senior researchers in the field of (colorectal) oncology. Course participants will have two meet-the-expert sessions with invited symposium speakers.
